Village Choteč
The origins of this village, which is located 5 km to the west of Lázně Bělohrad, date back to 1357. The vicarage’s cellar exhibits an inscription from 1526. The church of St. Nicholas was founded by Mikuláš Kule from Choteč (1539–1578) who is also buried here. The composer and organist Jan Křtitel Kuchař was born in Choteč in 1751.
