The settlement of Přibyslav originally formed a unit together with the village of Uhlíře. They both belonged to the Pecka manor. Later it was assigned to Bělohrad manor. In 1851 the villages were separated. Already in 1929 in Novopacko III monograph there was a record mentioned about the disagreement between the belonging either to Belohrad vicarage or to Nová Paka parish. Nowadays the community is part of the town of Nová Paka.
